How do I order?

Where do you deliver?

The postcodes that we offer delivery to are as follows:

If you are outside of these postcodes, but have a bulk order, please *get in touch* to discuss delivery options.

How long does delivery take?

We endeavour to deliver within 2-3 working days.

Do you deliver on a weekend?

Unfortunately we don’t offer weekend deliveries at this time – we like to give our drivers a break over the weekend.

Can I collect my order?

We encourage delivery, as opposed to collection (our delivery charges are very reasonable). 

But if you are local to us, and need something in a hurry, please give us a call or email to arrange an order for collection.

Local orders placed before noon can often be delivered the same day, so please get in touch before travelling to us.

I am self isolating, can I receive a delivery?

Yes. We offer a very secure online payment system. So once your order is paid for, we can offer a contact-free delivery. 

Just inform us of any delivery instructions, so we know where you’d like your order placing.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

No. If you know you will be out, we can place your order in a ‘safe place’ of your choosing. 

What size vehicle is used to deliver my order?

The majority of orders will be delivered in a light commercial vehicle – an Iveco Daily (or similar). 

The exception would be for orders over £1800, in which case a 7.5 tonne vehicle

What are the payment options?

We accept payment online using a credit or debit card, or via bank transfer.

Cash on delivery orders can be arranged with the payment of a deposit in advance (usually 10%)

Please note for cash on delivery orders, the order must be paid for before the driver will unload the goods.

I am a business, can I set up a trade account?

Yes we can set up an account for business. We would need to see full details including business address, and 2 trade references, so that orders placed can be on a 30-day term.

Can you deliver to a site I am working at?

Yes we can deliver to a site/location you are working on. In this case, if the delivery address is different to the registered card address, we ask for proof of ID to confirm the credit/ debit card isn’t being used fraudulently.

Can I return items?

If there is anything you’re not happy with, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will rectify the situation, either with a replacement or refund.

Can you cut to size?

Unfortunately we don’t have the facilities to cut timber or sheet material to size.
